Muhammad Sa’id Hunafa Qadri

Muhammad Sa’id Hunafa Qadiri has over thirty years of experience in Information Technology and Computer Engineering, and about 25 years as a Khatib at Masjid Jaami’a Muhammadiyya. He has dedicated himself to preserving and supporting Islamic Education and literacy.

Comprehensive Islamic education: He studied various Islamic sciences including Islamic jurisprudence, Quranic sciences, Hadith, Islamic history, Arabic, and public speaking at prominent institutions such as Jaami’a Qur’ania Maftuhah (International Qur’anic Open University) with His Eminence Shaykh Sayyid Mubarik ‘Ali Shah Gillani, Radhi Allahu ‘anhu. At the behest of His Eminence, he studied at the Qira’at Academy of Pakistan with Qari Khushu Muhammad Al Azhari Rahmatullahi ‘alaihi in Rawalpindi Pakistan, and with His Eminence Ustadh al Ulama, Shaykh ul Hadith and Tafsir Mufti Hafidh Abdul Ghaffaar Rahimahullahu ta’ala at Jaami’a Ghausia Mazhar ul Islam in Rawalpindi Pakistan.

Extensive lecturing experience: For over 35 years, he has lectured widely across universities and Islamic centers in the United States, covering topics like Islam’s influence on West African civilization, African American Muslim experiences, belief and unbelief in Islam, Sufism, and Islamic ethics.

Teaching assignments: He holds teaching roles at multiple institutions including The Islamic Academy of the Carolinas, Qur’anic Open University International campuses, Madina Institute USA and Jaami’a Muhammadiyya Madinah Village, focusing on Islamic studies and advanced religious courses.

Integration of IT and Islamic scholarship: Alongside his Islamic scholarship, he brings over three decades of professional experience in Information Technology and Computer Engineering, demonstrating a blend of technical expertise and religious dedication.
